It’s furnished for a month or more of living and working: a proper desk, a real monitor, fiber Wi-Fi and a balcony for the end of the day. Electricity, water and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent.

A workspace, not a laptop on a coffee table

A desk and office chair with a Samsung 24-inch curved Full HD monitor, so you can plug in and work a full day. Fiber Wi-Fi tested in the apartment at 566 Mbps down, 568 Mbps up and 7 ms ping, included in the rent.

Living and sleeping

One bedroom with air conditioning, a wardrobe and a dressing table, and one bathroom with a glass shower screen. The living area has a pull-out couch and a TV, and the balcony has its own washing machine. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, microwave and electric kettle, with plates, glasses and cutlery.

The building

Regent Home Sukhumvit 81 was completed in 2018: three 8-floor buildings with a swimming pool, gym, garden, reception hall and mail room. Entry is by key card, with CCTV and 24-hour security, and each building has passenger lifts.

Getting around

BTS On Nut is about 900 m away, around a 12-minute walk. From there it’s one stop to Phra Khanong, three to Thong Lo and five to Asok. Lotus’s and Century The Movie Plaza are each about a kilometre away, and Big C On Nut is about 1.5 km.

How booking works

You book direct with the owner, so there’s no platform or agency fee. To confirm, you pay the deposit and the first month before arrival. The deposit is one month’s rent and comes back within 7 days of check-out.

• Cancel more than 30 days before check-in: full refund.
• Cancel 30 days or less before check-in: we keep 50% of the first month. The deposit is always refunded.
• Leaving early: give us 30 days’ written notice.

Arrival and check-in

There’s no fixed check-in time. We meet you at Regent Home Sukhumvit 81, hand over the keys and key card in person, and go through the inventory with you. As your landlord, we also file the TM30 notification of your address with Immigration.

Company stays

Alex & Hugo Co., Ltd is VAT registered, so we can issue a tax invoice when a company books the stay.
